The warranty starts from the date of the purchase receipt.
For any problem in use , we provide immediate support at our headquarters, by phone or through remote connection programs.
For any problem in the operation of the product, the inspection and repair is done at our service, Karaiskaki 7, Galatsi.
Repair times depend on the potential need for parts and the nature of the problem. Check time is always within 24 hours.
For any damage to a product you have purchased from us that has resulted from a failure of use (for example it has been dropped and broken or infected with a virus) we provide a full repair at preferential reduced prices but it is NOT covered by the warranty of good operation.
In case of a defective product, within the guarantee of good operation, which cannot be repaired, a replacement is made with the same or a similar product.
